A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Deputy Hospital Director to work in an exceptional mental health hospital based in the Thatcham, Berkshire area. As a Deputy Hospital Director you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.

The combination of medium secure and low secure units and rehabilitation flats at the hospital provides a seamless internal care pathway supporting and empowering patients in their recovery and rehabilitation.

As a Deputy Hospital Director your key responsibilities include:
• Provide strong and robust leadership in the hospital environment
• Responsibility for budgetary oversight of all non-clinical services
• Promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of all patients, employees and visitors
• Ensuring site is compliant with all Regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements

An ideal Deputy Hospital Director must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:
• Ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment
• Awareness of the wider Healthcare economy and political environment
• Proactive and creative
• High level of integrity
• A detailed understanding of statutory regulations
• Ability to oversee and deliver site projects
