An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated RGN, RMN or RNLD to work with one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers. As a Nurse you will be working in a highly reputable service based in Bury.

An experienced and fully trained team provide a range of care services which include nursing, dementia, residential, respite, palliative and convalescent care. All residential and nursing packages are tailored to suit the individual.

As a Nurse your day to day duties include:
• Leading, supervising and training the care team
• General Nursing duties-Maintaining acceptable levels of personal hygiene, clean beds and proper nutrition for the Residents.
• Being responsible for ordering, storing and administering medication
• Observations / Monitoring of blood sugar levels and wound care
• Keeping precise, up to date records and communicating with Drs and the Home Manager
• Maintaining the Client's dignity and respect at all times

An ideal Nurse must have these skills and experiences as they are beneficial for this position:
• Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload
• The ability to lead a team, analyse problems and propose solutions or improvements
• Able to communicate effectively and to develop professional relationships
• Understands and effectively uses IT and communication systems required for the role
• Experience of participating in quality and clinical governance programmes
• Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful Nurse will be offered an excellent salary up to £18.00 per hour. This exciting position is a Full Time role working on Night Shifts only. In return for your commitment and hard work you will be rewarded with the following benefits:

To be considered for this position you must be a qualified as a Nurse either RGN, RMN or RNLD
