RMN Deputy Manager

Outstanding job opening for RMN Deputy Manager to work with one of the UK’s leading care company. As deputy manager you will report into the Registered Manager, playing an important part of the onsite clinical and management team. You will support the manager in leading and supervising a large staff team to deliver the highest standards of care.

The prestigious care home specialises in recovery programmes for people with a history of mental health issues. You will be expected – in collaboration with your key-group clients, their families and other professionals involved in their care – to develop relapse prevention plans, provide regular one-to-one support sessions, nurture and encourage psycho-social coping strategies and facilitate improvements in life and social skills.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £14.57 per hour plus other great company benefits.

As well as being clinically responsible for certain operational areas, you will also take a significant role in the management of the staff team. You will be dealing daily with issues concerning sickness management, staff training and development, and coaching and mentoring. You will have an effective way of communicating with your team, and above all, act as a champion for everything that you do.
