Service Manager
An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Service Manager to join an exceptional service within the Bolton area. As a Service Manager you will be working for a company which is rated highly and has an excellent reputation in the area.
This special service provides residential accommodation and nursing support for males with learning disabilities, autism and associated complex needs
As a Service Manager your day to day duties include:
To lead the team at the site providing operational and strategic direction
Making sure everything runs smoothly and cost-effectively
Youll ensure the individuals you support have the opportunity to develop a varied and fulfilling lifestyle and the chance to define their own goals and decide their own future
Ensuring the highest standards of support
To managing budgets
Developing your team
its a varied role in an organisation thats leading the way in supporting those with learning disabilities
An ideal Service Manager must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:
A strong, supportive leader and effective manager
Successfully managed a team in a challenging Learning Disability Service/Forensic Service
Youve also had professional senior level contact with CQC and have developed positive relationships with commissioning teams
RMN or RNLD
The successful Service Manager will receive an excellent annual salary of £37,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for Day Shifts only. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:

Enhancements for Over Time
To be considered for this position you should have achieved or be working towards a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or hold equivalent qualification and qualified as an RMN or RNLD
