An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed RGN, RMN or RNLD to work in an exceptional care home that specialises in residential care, respite care and much more. As a Nurse you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers based in Manchester.

This care home offers residential care for people who need help with daily tasks, nursing care for those who have complex medical needs, and respite care to give family or friends a well-earned break.

As a Nurse your day to day duties include;
• Ensuring all elements of resident experience are positive, from admission to discharge.
• Ensuring the highest possible standards of care.
• Assessing residents' needs and wishes.
• Developing services to enhance their quality of life.
• Building the positive reputation of the Business.
• Liaise professionally with visitors and other external stakeholders
• Participate knowledgably and professionally to all inspection visits, ensuring your team is ready at all times to do the same.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines.
• Identify, investigate and resolve risks proactively.
• Act as a reflective and developmental practitioner by participating to continual professional development and meeting the requirements of professional revalidation.

An ideal Nurse must have these skills as they are beneficial to this position:
• Able to communicate effectively and to develop professional relationships
• The ability to lead a team, analyse problems and propose solutions or improvements
• Respectful of the values, views and needs of other
• People Management experience
• Experience of participating in quality and clinical governance programmes
• Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £14.50 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £33,176.
