Clinical Unit Manager

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Clinical Unit Manager to work in an outstanding Care Home service. As a Clinical Unit Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.
There are experienced, fully trained team of specialists at the care home that provide a range of care services which include nursing, dementia, residential, respite, palliative and convalescent care. All residential and nursing packages are tailored to suit the individual.
As a Clinical Unit Manager your day to day duties include:
• Be responsible for leading a team of Nursing and Care staff to ensure excellent standards of care
• Plan rotas/recruit/train and mentor staff
• Build strong relationships with local regulator/providers and Social Services
• Comply to NMC guidelines with administration of medicine

An ideal Clinical Unit Manager must have these skills and experiences as they are beneficial for this position:
• You must be an RMN/RGN with a registered NMC Pin
• You must have previous experience in a nursing management role
• You must have a proven track record in delivering good care results
• You must have a good understanding of CQC/CI and other regulatory bodies (DoLs/MCA)
• Must have Dementia Nursing experience

The successful Clinical Unit Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £19.00 per hour. We currently have vacancies for both days and nights shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
